Christian Fletcher @ Racetrack

This afternoon session at Uluwatu’s Racetrack at low-tide was pretty memorable for a few reasons. This was the first time I had seen Fletcher surf and in the the dredging pits across the razor sharp reef he lived up to expectations. The second reason was  swimming back to shore with those huge intimidating cliffs towering overhead and finding myself trapped in a low-tide rock pool full of sea snakes. They seemed as scared of me as I was of them so we kept our distance. Could n’t get out of there quick enough.
